Together with CO-AP, Smart Design Studio won the City of Sydney Design competition for the Green Square 15 site. The design was then further developed and enhanced in collaboration with Mirvac Design, resulting in a neighbourhood where each of the four residential buildings responds to its immediate context while contributing to a coherent yet varied urban composition.⁠ ⁠

Nautilus is the premium residential development within The Waterfront, Shell Cove, the harbourside masterplanned community on the NSW South Coast by Frasers Property Australia and Shellharbour City Council. Its prime harbourfront location offers views out to the Pacific Ocean and beach, the first-class Shellharbour Marina, and across the Illawarra escarpment. Designed to maximise the amenity for the residents and the outlook, the 116 apartments are split between two buildings: one six storeys and the other four.⁠ ⁠

Bundarra offered an extraordinary opportunity to create a 5-storey landmark commercial building and home to a leading creative agency. The project establishes this highly visible corner location as the eastern gateway to Surry Hills. Seen on three sides, the bold new twisted form of the contemporary addition to the adjoining restored terrace house is achieved by angled zinc fins attached to a curtain wall of double curved glass. ⁠ ⁠ We would like to thank our clients, collaborators, and design teams for their commitment to design excellence. ⁠ ⁠
